THE PACKING BEGINS

Hi, everyone! :) 

It's getting really close to the big day! I started packing this morning, but I've still got a long way to go. Either tomorrow or this afternoon, we are going to make a Target run to get the presents for the host families, some extra toiletries, and some pictures to show the family. Last night, me, my friend Emma, and my mom slept at the mall for a Girl Scout event. It was really fun, but extremely exhausting. I can only imagine what that first day is going to be like. I'm excited about that, though; I want to see what it's like to travel by myself and be responsible for myself and my things. 

It's going to be quite a journey.
